The Garnock V
alley Family History Group was formed in 2012 with the aim of encouraging and supporting family history research in the town of Beith, Kilbirnie and Dalry and surrounding area. Since its formation the group has been working on a project to research all the local men and women who served in one of the two World Wars, and also holding various events to commemorate the centenary of World War One. The group is no longer active but the original members are still keen to help anyone with family history research.
